My friend Barbara Volpicelli Pederzoli. Here she is on left, showing the wings of an angel. In the middle she is with her grandfather Mr Chiarello, and on the right with her cousin , the little girl on the left + Carolyn Phillips. It looks like they are in front of the elementary school at St. Stephens church in Framingham. Barbara died in her mid twenties, an unbelieveable event for all of us!
I remember the day you and Barbara took me along with you to the beach.You were always so thoughtful....sad to lose a good friend so young
ReplyDeleteIt was one of the most heart wrenching moments of my life, not too many youngsters died in our class, that I knew of, and of course Barbara was closer than a sister. It still hurts to think of it, but then life is full of heartbreak as well as joy!
