This was a Charleston dance song! My parents danced to it, in the 40's in our home at 604 Hollis Street, Framingham, Mass. They went dancing at Chicken Pete's Saturday nights, I believe that was in Bellingham, and I baby sat my brother +Frank Pizzeri, while we listened to The Shadow, or The FBI, or was of those great radio programs of the time.
